Jane has extensive governance experience, having chaired or served on boards of listed, unlisted, private and not for profit entities globally. Since retiring as Chair of IOSCO and the New Zealand Securities Commission in 2011, her portfolio focus has been on global finance and regulation, audit, ethics and sustainability standard setting and reporting, and digitisation including AI.

Mr. Bola Adeeko (Vice Chair) | Pyatic Group, Group Chief Operating Officer | Nigeria

Bola Adeeko is a transformational leader who guides corporations and non-profits through complex challenges and business and digital transformation, embedding strong governance and sustainable practices at their core. With over 30 years of experience at institutions such as JP Morgan Chase the Nigerian Exchange Group and Flour Mills of Nigeria, he has led major business transformations that deliver both financial success and social impact.

Bola holds board roles with Iron Global Markets Ltd, Iron Fund Management Ltd and the Global Reporting Initiative, where he serves as Vice Chair, championing ESG principles that advance global progress. Guided by the mantra, “do the right thing,” Bola exemplifies ethical leadership, integrity, and exceptional business acumen.

Ms. Esther An | City Developments Limited (CDL), Chief Sustainability Officer | Singapore

Esther is an advocate for green building and sustainability and is responsible for CDL’s sustainability leadership, which in 2020 was ranked the top real estate company in the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World. She played a pivotal role in the establishment of GRI’s ASEAN Hub in 2019 and is a founding member of GRI ASEAN Consortium.

In 2018, she was recognized by UN Global Compact as a SDG Pioneer, and she is also the founder of the Women4Green and Youth4Climate initiatives. Esther’s board roles include the World Green Building Council, Asia Pacific Real Estate Association, and Global Compact Network Singapore.

Ms. Tinuade Awe | TMSN Limited, Founder | Nigeria

Ms. Awe is a lawyer, admitted in Nigeria and New York. She was the CEO of NGX Regulation Limited, the independent regulatory subsidiary of the Nigerian Exchange Group Plc.

Tinuade was on the Board of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria for two terms. She is a member of the FRC’s Adoption Readiness Working Group for the Adoption of the International Sustainability Standards Board’s IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 in Nigeria.

She attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Harvard Law School, and The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Bruno Bastit | S&P Global Ratings, Global Corporate Governance Lead and Sustainability Research Director | Spain

Bruno is the global corporate governance lead and sustainability research director at S&P Global Ratings. He also sits on the ICGN’s Natural Capital Committee. Previously, he founded Quetzal Strategy, an emerging markets-focused sustainability consultancy and was the head of Latin America at Morrow Sodali where he advised boards and C-suites on governance.

Bruno has worked in responsible investing at Hermes Investment Management, and in ESG research. He graduated from Durham University in Middle Eastern Studies, has a Masters in International Political Economy from Warwick University, and holds certificates in governance, sustainability and investor relations.

Mr. Aaron Brenner | United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, Senior Analyst | USA

Aaron Brenner is Senior Analyst in the Capital Stewardship Program at the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, which has 1.3 million members in the US and Canada. He helps the CSP spearhead efforts to protect retirement security, promote responsible investment, and ensure corporate accountability.

Aaron serves on the board of directors of Homeland Stores, an 80-store grocery chain based in Oklahoma. He earned a B.A. and Ph.D. from Columbia University.

Dr. Helena Broadbridge | Denmark

Helena Broadbridge has spent over 20 years working worldwide with companies in the interface of sustainability impacts, risk management, and reporting. She brings extensive practical understanding of sustainability and integrated reporting as well as assurance, combined with long-term governance experience.

Helena has chaired several governance bodies of the GRI (2014-2023) and is a former member of the Standards Board of Accountability. Helena is a Partner in Deloitte. She holds a PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of Stellenbosch.

Ms. Christie Constantine | USA

For more than 20 years, Christie has worked to promote a wide range of social justice and environmental issues across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. She was most recently the Global Director of Sustainability at the law firm of Baker McKenzie. Prior to that, she was the Creative Director for Virgin Unite, Sir Richard Branson’s charitable foundation in London.

Christie has also worked as a refugee advocate with the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights in New York and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Peshawar, Pakistan.

Dr. Peiyuan Guo | SynTao, Co-founder | China

Dr. Guo Peiyuan co-founded SynTao in 2005 and has over 20 years' experience on ESG and sustainable finance. He serves as Chairman of SynTao Green Finance who is an ESG data provider and Chief Advisor of SynTao Consulting who is an advisory firm on corporate sustainability and reporting. He is also the founder of China SIF, a non-for-profit platform that promotes sustainable finance in the region. 

His current roles include: advisory committee member of sustainability disclosure standards for Chinese Ministry of Finance, ESG committee member of China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO), China Representative of UNEP FI and board member of AIGCC. 

He holds a Ph.D. in management from Tsinghua University. He is a Lifetime Achievement Award winner (2024) of ICGN.

Mr. Ede Ijjasz | USA

Mr. Ijjasz is a senior nonresident fellow at the Brookings Institution and advisor to several international organizations in the areas of sustainability, ESG, finance, and climate change adaptation. He retired from the World Bank after a 23-year career where he was part of the senior leadership team for sustainable development, infrastructure, and environmental and social safeguards policies.

Mr. Ijjasz has a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has been a lecturer at Tsinghua University in Beijing, Johns Hopkins University, and Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He serves on several private and not-for-profit boards. He is a Colombian and Hungarian national.

Dr. Daniel Klier | PUR, Chief Executive Officer | UK

Dr. Daniel Klier is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PUR - a leading developer of Nature Based Solutions. He joined the firm at the start of 2026 to lead the next phase of growth.

Before joining PUR, Daniel had a long career in climate finance. He served as CEO of South Pole, where he led the transformation and strategic repositioning of the business after creating ESG Book, a market leader in sustainability data and technology. He started his work in climate finance at HSBC as Global Head of Sustainable Finance. Daniel joined HSBC as Group Head of Strategy after his career at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Partner.

A widely recognised leader in the energy transition, Daniel has served as the Chair of the Bank of England’s Climate Working Group and Chair of the Institute of International Finance’s Sustainable Finance Working Group. He serves on the Boards of the global sustainability reporting standard GRI and the international organisation Sustainable Energy for All.

Ms. Sue Longley | IUF, Former General Secretary | Switzerland

Sue Longley is a former General Secretary of the IUF, the global trade union representing workers in agriculture, food processing, hospitality, food service and tobacco growing/manufacture. The IUF is composed of 427 affiliated trade unions in 128 countries.

Sue was the first woman general secretary of the IUF and held that post from 2017 to early 2025. Prior to that she worked as the IUF’s international officer for agriculture and plantations where she focused on addressing the trade union rights deficits confronting workers in agriculture, especially the lack of access to freedom of association and poor occupational health and safety.

She has been a board member of several foundations addressing child labor in agriculture. She is currently a member of the World Council of Tourism Ethics and of the OECD-FAO Advisory Group on Responsible Agricultural Supply Chains.

Dr. Agnes Tai | Great Glory Investment Corporation, Director | China

Agnes started sustainable investing in 2010 for her family office and began conducting board training  in sustainability since 2012. She is an Adjunct Professor of HKU in Sustainability Leadership and Governance, also in Sustainable Global Business and Finance for CUHK. She is a frequent speaker and author.

Her board roles include Trustee of Chapter Zero Alliance (host of Climate Governance Initiative and Chapter Zero UK), Council member of World Economic Forum, Global Future Council in Climate and Nature Governance, the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD) and an NGO. She is faculty of Competent Boards (Board Intelligence) and HKIoD, advisory committee member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (HK) and more.

In her 45 years of serving the financial community she has established and managed asset management companies, consultancies, and new business units within major financial institutions. She co-founded Peregrine Asset Management (Hong Kong) in the early 1990’s and advised the establishment of a North Asian sovereign wealth fund in 2007.
